Kelly Osbourne and skater Johnny Weir attended the 18th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party last night after the Academy Awards and they were most definitely the belles of the ball... I don't know what I like more Kelly's dress or Johnny's flawless makeup.
