Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake, who split in 2007 after nearly four years of dating, team up in a new a movie named Bad Teacher.
“They obviously know each other really well. They’re good friends, and they’re both incredibly funny people. I couldn’t be more excited about it.” the film’s director Jake Kasdan tells Entertainment Weekly.
In the comedy, Diaz, 37, is playing a 7th grade teacher who is in search for the right man to take care of her for the rest of her life after she was dumped by her boyfriend, according to Kasdan.
“She’s kind of foul mouthed. And she’s completely fixated on trying to afford breast augmentation surgery, and very open about it.” the director adds.
Timberlake, 29, is playing a substitute teacher “who happens to be the heir to a watch-making company” and Diaz’s character “thinks he seems like a good target.”
The comedy, which due out in 2011, began filming this month -- just nine days ago.
