Heather Matarazzo, the actress who played the opposite of Anne Hathaway in The Princess Diaries, was engaged to her girlfriend Carolyn Murphy. The wedding date is yet to be announced.

Heather Matarazzo, 25, is an open gay entertainer. She gained the fame from a role as a geeky girl in the the film Welcome to the Dollhouse. Heather Matarazzo and Carolyn Murphy has been together since 2007.

Not like other lesbian couples who usually have a specific male or female role, Matarazzo and Murphy who said to be love at first sight and now totally in love do not have. It's not suprised that they mutually popped the question to each other.

"It was really cute. First Heather proposed to Carolyn, then Carolyn proposed to her," Matarazzo's rep Lisa Jammal told E!.
