Some of those pictures explicitly showed a nude Zhang Ziyi or Vive Nevo extremely intimating with the 29-year old actress. Ziyi's rep accused X17 of invading Ziyi's privacy while the photo agency despised it based on the fact that Zhang behaved in public.

Zhang Ziyi, 29, was announced to be engaged by Vivi Nevo, 41, who is a multi-millionaire stockholder of Time Warner when the latter was attending the annual conference of Allen & Company in Sun Valley, Idaho, on Tuesday, July 8, 2008,  Xinhua quoted the Associated Press as reporting.  The wedding is being plan to take place in 2009

Zhang Ziyi whose credits included Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) and  Memoirs of a Geisha (2005) among others, and Vivi Nevo were first spotted together at an NBA game in New York in January , 2007. There have been rumors that they had been engaged since this March, indicated by the diamond ring worn by Zhang Ziyi. The engagement was not confirmed by the actress, who told the press in June that she had no plans for marriage.
