This lovely woman went on TV in the UK this morning to propose to her boyfriend. She surprised him at work and this is why you should never propose to someone in public unless you are 100% sure they want to marry you... ...he accepted her proposal, but you know when the cameras turned off he whispered to her, "I was only joking."
