~And Speaking Of Marchesa... Mila Kunis For W Magazine March 2011~

"I had never danced in my life. I trained for four months, seven days a week, five hours a day. I had one day off on my birthday. I lost 20 pounds. I tore a ligament. I dislocated my shoulder. I have two scars on my back. And it was worth every minute.
But I will never dance again. I’m a strong believer in mind over matter, but I didn’t fully understand what that meant until this production. I was like, Well—I wear heels; I can do this. I was wrong: Christian Louboutins are uncomfortable, but I screamed the first time I put on a pointe shoe."
-Mila Kunis to W Magazine about her role in "Black Swan"

Mila Kunis lands on the cover of W Magazine's March 2011 issue looking fashionably fierce as usual... I'm loving the styling of the photospread in the issue as well, especially the Marchesa lace jumpsuit.

Sorry Leighton, I love you but Mila wins this one hands down. She simply wore it better darlin...

Swoon:
intr.v. swooned, swoon·ing, swoons
1. To faint.
2. To be overwhelmed by ecstatic joy.
n.
1. A fainting spell; syncope.
2. A state of ecstasy or rapture.

I never really get to attend the shows during NYFW due to my day job... The makeup isn't going to apply itself people... And to be honest I'm never really that sorry. Paris Fashion week is quite another story, I always regret not being there but that's neither here nor there right now...

Anyway, the only show I'm depressed about missing every year is Marchesa. Oh how I love Marchesa. And by "love" I mean "obsessed with". Their Fall 2011 Collection might be one of their best ever... I take that back. There is no "might" about it, it IS one of their best ever. It's utterly amazing. Breathtaking actually... And the little touches made all the difference... Louboutins, lace socks (yes, I said lace socks), classic makeup and Miriam Haskell jewelry enhanced the exquisiteness that design duo Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig are famous for.

You may want to sit down while perusing the following photos from the runway show... If I had been standing when I saw them for the first time I might be in an emergency room right now from a swooning related injury...
