Keira Knightley was photographed flat-chested than ever at the premiere of her film The Duchess at the Toronto Film Festival on the night of September 7. Opting for a grey strapless chiffon gown, the 23-year-old British actress's breast looked almost as flat as a man's chest when she arrived at the red carpet.
