Charmaine Dragun, 29, ex co-anchor on the Channel Ten Evening News, has been found dead at The Gap - a notorious suicide spot in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs on November 2 2007.
Friends said she may have become depressed when she moved from her home town of Perth to Sydney.
She was found hours before she was due to read the news, and reportedly sent a text to her boyfriend, Simon Struthers - a crime scene investigator she was due to marry - shortly before her death.
Dragun's grieving family said they were going through a challenging time but wanted her remembered "as an angel that brought joy and light to everyone she met".
The tragedy is, she may have been unable to hold onto that light and joy for herself.
